INSTINCTOY is currently recruiting a full-time employee after a span of 4 years.
Our work model is fully remote, potential candidates can work from home or from anywhere in the world. Communication will be via Skype voice calls, there is no need for live video.
Job responsibilities include sales management of our products, primarily for online lottery sales, and production management for the manufacturing of our own products.
The candidate will need to interact with customers from Chinese-speaking countries and communicate with factories in China, and therefore need to be proficient in Chinese at a native-level. The candidate also needs to be fluent in Japanese, minimally at a conversational level. In addition to remote work, the candidate will be required to travel for work (mainly in Asia) for for events 2-3 times a year (about 1 week duration for each event).
Recruitment is open internationally, however since collaboration is required with the staff team, preferred candidate locations will be from the Asia region within 1-2 hour time difference from Japan. (Preferred regions are: Japan, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia)

Age: 20 ~ 40 years old (※students will be declined)
Working hours: 10:00 - 19:00 (Japan time)
Non-working days: Saturdays, Sundays, Wednesdays (twice per month). Work days per annum vary from 130 ~ 150 working days (dependent on number of staff vacation days)
Annual income per annum: 4~6 million yen/ 6~8 million yen (negotiable depending on candidate skillset)
Work location: Home (no commuting required)
Language: Chinese (native level) / Japanese (conversational level)
※ Proficiency in English is an added advantage
Business travel: 2-3 times per annum / about 1 week duration per trip
Other requirements: the candidate should already have a work environment (internet connection, PC or laptop) suitable for remote work

・ Production of product packaging, promotional advertising collateral
