<< Apology and Details regarding Release Delay >>
We would like to first apologize for the delay on the Happy bag release. We had originally planned for the release to be in January, as with our past Happy bag sales. However due to the pandemic, the factory was unable to operate between March to the end of May last year. The loss of time also caused us to experience delays in the production of many other products in 2020. The Happy bag’s products which were planned to be completed at the end of November was subject to a 2-month delay, finally making it in time before the Chinese New Year holiday. We sincerely apologize to the customers who have been looking forward to it, and thank you for your understanding.
《Mega-Mixasaurus sold separately, Delayed sale / April postponement notice》
As mentioned above, this year's Ha bag project was met with a production delay. During the manufacturing process of the Mega-Mixasaurus, the mold of the left foot suffered some burns at one of the claws. We tried to resolve the problem, but unfortunately it was a situation where it was necessary to re-make the mold for that particular part.
Mass production of the main body (aside from the foot parts) has completed smoothly. However due to the extended Chinese New Year holiday in China, it will be one month's time before the mold manufacturing business resumes work. Hereon, if the process for the new leg production progresses smoothly (mold production → molding → coloring → assembly), completion of the Mega-Mixasaurus is expected at the end of March.
We sincerely apologize to the customers who are looking forward to it, but the Mega-Mixasaurus release for this year's special version will be postponed to April.

Due to the above circumstances, only the Mega-Mixasaurus will be sold separately from the rest of the works in this year's Happy bag. The other works in the lineup will be released this month as a 5-piece set.
* Regarding Mega-Mixasaurus, we will introduce the new product in another blog article after mass production is completed, and conduct a sales lottery at another timing. Thank you for your understanding.
We would like to introduce a set of 5 Happy bag products, excluding Mega-Mixasaurus.
First of all, here!
"Hapico" Golden ver., a new soft vinyl collaborative project by artist YOSUKE UENO x INSTINCTOY. This will be Happy bag limited colourway.
Regarding this soft vinyl project with Mr. Ueno, we announced this work and exhibited a sample at the Tokyo Comic Con held in December 2019.
After the announcement at Tokyo Comic Con, both Mr. Ueno's fans and our customers have been waiting for the release, which was postponed due to the pandemic. For the Rainbow colourway, we accepted some advanced reservations at the Taipei Toy Festival, and it was very well received at the venue.
As such, it became part of the lineup for this year's Happy bag project to commemorate it's first colourway release.
Mr. Ueno's unique characteristic, the "Scissors & Butterfly" hair ornament is designed with the motifs of "scissors" and "butterflies". To highlight the interpretation of light and shadow, the hair ornament was made into a highly transparent PVC part and finished in a bright rainbow clear colour.
The body contains gold glitter. It has a beautiful finish og gold glitter mixed with rainbow hologram color.
In addition, this Happy bag will have a special product package!
The artist, Mr. Ueno, painted all the dripping spots on product packages by himself just for this Happy bag project. Please see the production video on Mr. Ueno's SNS account for the production process.

CHINO LAM x JASON FREENY x INSTINCTOY
Anatomical Maguro（Gold ver.）
This new soft vinyl work debuted with the release of the 1st colour "Mystic Black" in last year's September lottery sale. As it is a perfect design as a lucky charm, this is the second consecutive year that the collaborative design of Maguro Senpai is included in the lineup of the Happy bag.
The right half of the body, which has the same design as the Maguro Senpai, has the same colour design as the Frozen Maguro used in the 2020 Happy Bag.
For the left half of the body designed by JASON FREENY, all the bones are made of clear parts and a gold pearl coating is applied. It is finished in a luxurious lucky charm color.
Also for this year, as the first project collaboration work for the INSTINCTOY HAPPY BAG 2021, artist CHINO LAM (creator of Maguro Senpai) added a new special colour for JIRO!
For the final introduction!
It will be the latest work "THUNDER LIQUID", an INSTINCTOY EROSION MONSTER.
With a total height of 110mm, the BIG THUNDER LIQUID is finished in a color design with lightning-shaped holographic glitter in clear molding, with gold gradation on the pointed parts.
With a total height of 58mm, the THUNDER LIQUID is a special model using large gold glitter. The image of electricity, which has very beautiful reflections and shines in gold, is finished in a color that is perfect for the design concept.
The above 5 works are the lineup and will be sold as a special Happy bag limited to 55 sets.
《Regarding the INSTINCTOY HAPPY BAG》
In Japan, Happy bags are generally a product containing items which are possibly leftover stock and sold at an attractive price. The experience is to enjoy the excitement of buying an assortment of products at a price which is lower than the retail value.
However, INSTINCTOY Happy bags are different. Our Happy bag is a special project containing a specially curated set of our latest works in auspicious colours like gold, silver, red and white.
We usually produce a limited production run of 300 products. For this Happy bag we dared to reduce our profitability by producing a very small quantity of products, in the aim of giving the Happy bag bag an element of “luck” and also as a “rare” item. We receive tens of thousands of applications for the Happy bag lottery every year and although the probability of winning is very low, we hope that everyone who participates can enjoy the annual experience with fun and as “a test of your luck”. We look forward to your application.
