To prevent counterfeiting, INSTINCTOY will include a Certificate of Authenticity for works released after June 2021 which are produced in limited quantities less than 100 pieces.
The anti-counterfeit hologram sticker affixed on the certificate has an unique serial control number for each individual work. We will register the customer's information as the owner prior to shipping. Please keep the certificate of authenticity safely with the work, as it also serves as a warranty card.
If for any reason the current owner transfers the work to another person, the new owner may contact us and we will update the owner registration information. Regarding product warranty and genuine product certification, we can only provide assistance to owners who are registered and tagged to a serial control number. Thank you for your understanding.
