This Christmas season, the flagship shopping mall apm in East Kowloon, Hong Kong, will host a large-scale exhibition featuring INSTINCTOY’s original characters. From Saturday, November 22, 2025 to Sunday, January 4, 2026, the mall will present a Christmas-themed installation titled X’mas Toy Lab.

From the opening day, November 22 (Sat.) to November 30 (Sun.), a limited-time INSTINCTOY POP-UP Store will be set up at the venue, offering exclusive merchandise.

Some limited edition figures will be sold through online pre-lottery. Winners will pick up the items with a chance to meet the artist and have an autograph on November 22 (Sat.) or November 23 (Sun.) at the venue.

Details about sales are provided below.

【INSTINCTOY POP-UP STORE】

Opening Hours: 12:00pm –10:00pm

On November 22 (Sat.), due to the opening ceremony, sales will start at 15:00.

【Pre-Lottery Sales Information】

Limited editions will be sold through online pre-lottery only.

Applications are accepted online, and items will be handed over only at the event venue.

Online Application Period:

November 16, 15:00 – November 18, 09:00 (Hong Kong Time)

Winner Announcement:

Scheduled for November 19 (Wed.)

Important:

・ After winning, item pickup is available only at the apm event venue on November 22 or 23 during POP-UP store hours. Please apply only if you can pick up the item in person.

・Payment will be requested via PayPal for the total amount, which includes the product price plus a 5% PayPal handling fee.　If payment is not completed within 48 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled.

・When picking up your order at the venue, please present your payment confirmation screen and a valid ID.

Applications will be accepted via Google Form.

・One entry per person (per mailing address) for each item. Duplicate entries are not allowed.

・If fraudulent use of another person’s information or multiple applications from the same address are detected, all related entries will be cancelled.

・Cancellations after winning are not allowed.

・Changes to the customer information (name, address, etc.) after winning are not allowed.

・Customers who previously refused COD delivery / canceled without notice / left payment incomplete will not be eligible to apply.

・Payment must be completed within 48 hours after winner announcement. Failure to pay will result in automatic cancellation.

・Purchasing on behalf of someone else for resale purposes is prohibited. If resale activity is detected, future orders will be refused.

・Application constitutes full agreement to these terms.

【INSTINCTOY Merchandise at the POP-UP】

Items below will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis from 15:00 on November 22 during the POP-UP store period.

Sales will end once stock is depleted.

Regular payment: WeChat Pay / Alipay

For overseas customers unable to use QR payment, cash is accepted, but checkout may take longer. Thank you for your understanding.

Depending on crowd conditions, purchase limits may be applied.
