【Tokyo Comic-Con EXCLUSIVE products/ Announcement: Application for online lottery sale following Tokyo Comic Con】
We reserved some of the works that were sold as EXCLUSIVE products at Tokyo Comic Con 2019 (November 22nd-24th) in small quantities for our December online lottery sale.
<Important Notice>
HOW2WORK and KENNYSWORK have provided us with a total of 8 products (Gojimomo, Zimomo, Labubu, mini Labubu x2, SPACE MOLLY, ALIEN MOLLY x2) for Tokyo Comic-Con (Japanese event). Therefore, these products are limited to domestic sales and only available for customers residing in Japan. Overseas shipping is not available for these products. We kindly ask for your understanding.

【Information regarding the lottery sales】
Please read the following Terms & Conditions before you send in your applications. Sending an application will indicate an agreement to abide by these rules.
＜Terms & Conditions＞
・These products are available in limited numbers, so only one lottery entry will be accepted for each individual postal address.
・Customers can send an application form only once. We will not accept more than one application from the same person.
・The winners' personal information (name/address) cannot be changed after the winning notification has been sent out. Therefore, at the time of registration, please make sure your information is correct before signing up.
・If we detect that customers are using a false name to make multiple registrations using the same address or the same PayPal account, the relevant application(s) will be automatically cancelled. Please make sure to sign up with your own profile.
・If you have a Facebook account or Instagram, please paste your account link in the remarks column when you make your application. (※ For this lottery sale, we have prepared a special selection for customers who submit their social network account in their applications. However, if we find out that anyone is using any social network account
belonging to someone else, we will cancel the registration. We ask for your understanding. If you do not use social networks, or if you have forgotten to provide your social network account, there is also no need for concern. We have also reserved a certain number of lottery items for applicants who do not provide social network account information.)
・Please note that applications cannot be cancelled after the entry period is closed.
・Customers who have previously cancelled their order or did not make their payment are not allowed to join our lottery.
・After you receive the invoice from us, the payment has to be completed within 1 week.
・Customers will need to pay for the shipping fee besides the product prices.

Entry Period: 4th December (Wednesday) till 8th December (Sunday) 2019 2359h. Japan Time
Prize announcement: Emails will be sent on 14th December (Saturday) until 1900h. Japan Time
(This time's lottery features more different items, therefore the winner's announcement takes a little bit more time than usual. We kindly ask for your understanding.
※ Only winners will receive a prize announcement mail. After getting the mail, if you have any questions regarding the lottery results, please contact us.
We will start shipping from 17th December Japan Time and when the payment has been received. Please be noted there is a possibility that the delivery will be delayed by 1~3 days for certain reasons.
