【Lottery Sale July】Information regarding the available products【Application Deadline 7/22】

We will now introduce our lottery products for July.

This month's products are mini ICE EROSION MOLLY 3rd color "Glacial Queen", 3 types of ICE LIQUID Rainbow (Glitter / Metallic / Candy) and LIFE with LIQUID 3rd color (5 types), making it a total of 9 different works! All of them are palm-sized, compact products.

ICE LIQUID Rainbow (3 types) and LIFE with LIQUID 3rd color (5 types) were originally produced as limited items for this year's toy events, but due to the impact of COVID-19, the events were cancelled and therefore these products became part of our online lottery line-up. To prevent confusion when selecting the various types during online shopping, ICE LIQUID will be only offered as a set of all 3 types, and LIFE with LIQUID will be offered only as the full set (5 pcs) and the suction cup set (3 pcs). We kindly ask for your understanding, thank you very much.

Due to a system change, the EMS shipping company does not accept NAMES and ADDRESSES in Chinese characters anymore. Now, with both EMS and SF Express requiring NAME and ADDRESS in English, we unfortunately cannot accept applications using Chinese characters in the Name and Address field anymore. We kindly ask for your understanding.

【Information regarding the lottery sales】

Please read the following Terms & Conditions before you send in your applications. Sending an application will indicate an agreement to abide by these rules.

＜Terms & Conditions＞

・These products are available in limited numbers, so only one lottery entry will be accepted for each individual postal address.

・Customers can send an application form only once. We will not accept more than one application from the same person.

・The winners' personal information (name/address) cannot be changed after the winning notification has been sent out. Therefore, at the time of registration, please make sure your information is correct before signing up.

・If we detect that customers are using a false name to make multiple registrations using the same address or the same PayPal account, the relevant application(s) will be automatically cancelled. Please make sure to sign up with your own profile.

・If you have a Facebook account or Instagram, please paste your account link in the remarks column when you make your application. (※ For this lottery sale, we have prepared a special selection for customers who submit their social network account in their applications. However, if we find out that anyone is using any social network account

belonging to someone else, we will cancel the registration. We ask for your understanding. If you do not use social networks, or if you have forgotten to provide your social network account, there is also no need for concern. We have also reserved a certain number of lottery items for applicants who do not provide social network account information.)

・Please note that applications cannot be cancelled after the entry period is closed.

・Customers who have previously cancelled their order or did not make their payment are not allowed to join our lottery.

・After you receive the invoice from us, the payment has to be completed within 1 week.

・Customers need to cover the shipping fee besides the product prices.

Entry Period: 18th July (Saturday) till 22nd July (Wednesday) 2019 2359h Japan Time

Winners announcement: Emails will be sent on 28th of July (Tuesday) until 1900h. Japan Time

※ Only winners will receive a prize announcement mail. After getting the mail, if you have any questions regarding the lottery results, please contact us.

We will start shipping from 4th August (Japan Time) and when the payment has been received. Please note that there is a possibility that the shipment date might be delayed by 1~3 days for certain reasons.
