【Information regarding the lottery sales】

Please read the following Terms & Conditions before you send in your applications. Sending an application will indicate an agreement to abide by these rules.

＜Terms & Conditions＞

・These products are available in limited numbers, so only one lottery entry will be accepted for each individual postal address.

・Customers can send an application form only once. We will not accept more than one application from the same person.

・The winners' personal information (name/address) cannot be changed after the winning notification has been sent out. Therefore, at the time of registration, please make sure your information is correct before signing up.

・If we detect that customers are using a false name to make multiple registrations using the same address or the same PayPal account, the relevant application(s) will be automatically cancelled. Please make sure to sign up with your own profile.

・If you have a Facebook account or Instagram, please paste your account link in the remarks column when you make your application. (※ For this lottery sale, we have prepared a special selection for customers who submit their social media account in their applications. However, if we find out that anyone is using any social media account

belonging to someone else, we will cancel the registration. We kindly ask for your understanding. If you do not use social media, or if you have forgotten to provide your social media account, there is also no need for concern. We have also reserved a certain number of lottery items for applicants who do not provide a social media account information.)

・Please note that applications cannot be cancelled after the entry period is closed.

・Customers who have previously cancelled their order or did not make their payment are not allowed to join our lottery.

・After you have received the invoice from us, the payment has to be completed within 1 week.

・Customers will need to pay for the shipping fee besides the product prices.

・Please understand the【Terms & Conditions】before you enter the lottery.

・Notice regarding area sales restrictions: For ICE EROSION MOLLY 3rd color "Glacial Queen", INSTINCTOY will offer this product to all countries other than mainland China. Due to a copyright agreement, the sales of this product in mainland China is carried out by POP MART. Please note that we cannot accept applications from mainland China for this lottery product.

Entry Period: 17th April (Friday) till 19th April (Sunday) 2020 2359h (Japan Time)

Prize announcement: Emails will be sent on 24th April (Friday) until 1900h (Japan Time)

(We are expecting a lot of lottery applications, therefore the winner's announcement takes a little bit more time than usual. We kindly ask for your understanding.)

※ Only winners will receive a winning notification mail. After receiving the email, if you have any questions regarding the lottery results, please contact us.

We will start shipping from May 1st Japan Time and when the payment has been received. Please note there is a possibility that the shipment date will be delayed by 1~3 days for certain reasons.
